How our money-back guarantee works

At needdesigns, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with the designs that are submitted, we will refund your fee in full within 60 days of payment. However, we will do all we can to prevent this from being necessary and as such offer additional services for - no extra charge - such as helping you rewrite your brief or reopening the project to ensure you get the designs you love.

Please note, if you choose to take a refund you will not be legally entitled to use any of the designs that have been submitted. In addition to this you will not be eligible for a refund once you have awarded a winning design.
